Collagen+C+hyaluronic acid - a recipe for beauty and youth

Everybody wants to do the best for their health and when I study nutritional supplements, I soon find out that in order to meet the daily intake of all the necessary substances, I would have to consume a good dose of capsules every day. Of course, as with everything, we have to use common, peasant common sense.

So either we find out what we miss the most and start taking one supplement first and after a while we move on to another, third... Probably an even better option is to take them alternately if we are missing two or three important substances. But there is another option: to start mixing the necessary substances that belong to each other and their current one does not collide, but just the opposite to absorb the other one.

Collagen + vitamin C + hyaluronic acid is a mixture of three very beneficial substances that do not interfere with each other, but on the contrary - they complement each other well if your priority is healthy skin, a healthy musculoskeletal system and a strengthened immune system. Collagen is currently the most talked-about product and can be found literally everywhere. And why not? Its effects on the appearance and health of the skin have long been proven.

Dr.Lucullus capsules contain hydrolysed fish software. Its deficiency in the body causes aging and deterioration of our body's functionality. With increasing age, it begins to be visibly inelastic, old and especially the joints - the musculoskeletal system can suffer a lot. It is not necessary to increase the dose of veterinary products, if you get a dose of quality steam in time.

When taking the aid, it is very important to add vitamin ascorbic at the same time - it contains C. It is an antioxidant that contributes greatly to the strong effort, which is right to improve, since our body affects a large dose without vitamin C. Vitamin C is also an essential vitamin, really because it is needed. It protects the cells from oxidative stress. It is very important for the normal functioning of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums and teeth.

The third ingredient in our supplement is hyaluronic acid. This ensures skin hydration - and you know this phrase from TV commercials. But it's true. Hyaluronic acid is similarly found in the human body. So, with increasing age its production decreases, as a result of which the skin becomes dry, however, simply by old age. It is therefore very important to ensure its need in the form of some nutritional supplement.

Triple combination: Collagen + vitamin C + hyaluronic acid is the ideal mix if you are serious about anti-ageing, or in other words, if you do not want to accept the effects of ageing on your body. This triple combination is mixed in optimal proportions to make you feel and look young, keep your skin hydrated and fresh, and protect your health with sufficient vitamin C. As we said at the beginning, there are combinations of nutritional supplements that solve the dilemma of having to take several supplements at the same time. The triple combination also saves you money, so just choose a specialised shop that you trust and that deals exclusively in nutritional supplements - there is a good chance that you will not choose an unnecessary and disadvantageous combination of substances. Being forever young and healthy is not impossible – in any case, you can significantly contribute to it.

You know how it is – the alarm goes off, you open your eyes, but you stay in bed. Even after seven hours’ sleep, you don’t feel energised. In the mirror, you see dark circles under your eyes; your skin is dry and tired, and you’re developing bruises and tiny broken capillaries. Is your immune system not working as it should, and does every virus seem to find you? If you’re thinking, ‘It’s just stress; it’s normal to feel like this’, well… no, you don’t have to feel like this… You’re missing something, and it might not be magnesium or another coffee. It’s a vitamin that isn’t listed on yoghurt pots, nor has it taken social media by storm just yet. And yet your body craves it every day: it’s vitamin P, better known as bioflavonoids – natural plant compounds that:

Niacin was long regarded as a common component of the diet, until it was discovered that a deficiency of it causes skin, digestive and mental health problems known as pellagra. Dr Goldberger proved that the cause of this disease was not an infection, but a diet lacking in vitamin B3. He carried out an experiment on himself and his colleagues, who consumed only a poor diet and began to show symptoms of pellagra. However, when they added foods rich in niacin to their diet, the symptoms disappeared. In 1937, niacin was isolated from the liver, confirming its importance and nutritional value.

Why + C + hyaluronic acid? In short, it is an elixir of youth, characterised by three powerful antioxidants. The combination of these ingredients increases health benefits, and not just for the skin (as it may seem). Even in youth, the amount of hyaluronic acid increases. This trio helps to safely replenish and improve the health of the skin on the face, bones, joints and veins, making them firm and strong. Vitamin C is necessary for biosynthesis (and conversion) and effective utilisation. Let's break it down into small pieces, because here too, everything is literally connected...

Is Collagen only for old people?

Is Collagen only for old people?

Collagen is essentially a protein that the human body can produce itself, as it is essential for the proper functioning of cartilage, glands, joints, bones, muscles and skin. It is the most abundant substance in our body (up to 3%). Unless you are on social media, you really need to depend on it until you suddenly start to feel pain in your tendons, knees, ligaments... If you have a proper, balanced diet and get enough exercise, your body will produce very little of it. But...
