... to make you feel comfortable and happy in your body

Why + C + hyaluronic acid? In short, it is an elixir of youth, characterised by three powerful antioxidants. The combination of these ingredients increases health benefits, and not just for the skin (as it may seem). Even in youth, the amount of hyaluronic acid increases. This trio helps to safely replenish and improve the health of the skin on the face, bones, joints and veins, making them firm and strong. Vitamin C is necessary for biosynthesis (and conversion) and effective utilisation. Let's break it down into small pieces, because here too, everything is literally connected...

Our body easily processes hydrolysed fish protein (the best source of solution), which contains many essential amino acids. Hydrolysed protein is produced by dissolution, dialysis and centrifugation. The administered fibre further stimulates the production of new and elastic hyaluronic acid. Improvement in skin elasticity and hydration, its subsequent brightening, or removal of treatment by several studies. Also, the removal of factors associated with skin disorders due to stars. Collagen obtained from marine fish, compared to its original (non-hydrolysed) form, has antihypertensive properties (pressure reduction) and bioactive properties such as anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial mechanisms and antioxidant protection. Collagen (from the Greek word "kolla") means gel/glue, which is exactly how we can imagine it. It contributes to tissue strength, is important for healing, reduces inflammation and pain, and improves joint function.

L-ascorbic acid, known as vitamin C, is naturally present in food, with fruit and vegetables being the best sources of vitamin C. The human body is unable to synthesise this vitamin, so it must be supplemented. This important antioxidant plays a role in immune function and improves iron absorption. Thanks to this, it helps prevent many health conditions. An insufficient intake of vitamin C can lead to scurvy, which is characterised by fatigue, malaise, dilated connective tissue and fragile, weak capillaries. The vitamin C content in food can be reduced by storage and destroyed by cooking (thermolabile). In our supplement, its mission is to obtain active substances and ensure that they are delivered to the body more quickly. If we have too little vitamin C, there is no point in supplementing it.

The polysaccharide hyaluronic acid (HA) consists of N-acetylglucosamine (anti-inflammatory) and D-glucuronic acid (antioxidant). It was discovered in 1934 and has a unique ability to retain water. This acid is most prevalent in human skin (50% of total HA) and is also present in all tissues and fluids of the body, such as skeletal tissue, heart valves, lungs and others. Its function is to strengthen intercellular spaces, retain moisture and provide elasticity. It is well absorbed in the form of hyaluronate, ensuring joint hydration and filling the space and structure through which cells pass. Otherwise, it served as a "lubricant" that eliminated the need. It regulates nutrition, including boosting immunity, contributes to osmotic balance and stabilises it. Its anti-inflammatory and regenerative properties are proven to increase skin elasticity and accelerate healing.

HA and hyaluronic acid work separately, but their functions are different, so they work perfectly in harmony when maximising the production of hyaluronic acid (with the support of C), which, together with elastin, forms . They function similarly to a sponge, ensuring hydration, preventing foreign substances from penetrating the tissues, and contributing to the protection of cells from skin damage. Together with vitamin C (the amount may seem low), its content is sufficient in a triadic combination to successfully combat the symptoms of stars.

Since ageing cannot be stopped, we will try to slow down the maximum beauty and inner balance. Ideal for anyone who wants to rejuvenate, regenerate, hydrate, improve joint/tissue health and overall vitality of the body.

Vitamin B3 as an example of how food is medicine

Niacin was long regarded as a common component of the diet, until it was discovered that a deficiency of it causes skin, digestive and mental health problems known as pellagra. Dr Goldberger proved that the cause of this disease was not an infection, but a diet lacking in vitamin B3. He carried out an experiment on himself and his colleagues, who consumed only a poor diet and began to show symptoms of pellagra. However, when they added foods rich in niacin to their diet, the symptoms disappeared. In 1937, niacin was isolated from the liver, confirming its importance and nutritional value.

Vitamin B7 brings out your radiant beauty: A lifesaver for your skin, hair and nails

It is no coincidence that the name ‘biotin’ (vitamin B7) derives from the Greek ‘bios’ (βίος), which means ‘life’. Dull will become radiant, brittle will become strong, and tired will be full of vitality (every woman’s dream). And this is by no means a placebo effect, but a reality backed by science. Studies confirm that biotin is important for keratin metabolism and enzyme activity, and that it influences blood glucose levels. It is a vitamin that provides the body with exactly what it needs from within to make a visible difference on the outside.
